This Advertising Agency Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and effective this on Signature date

Agency is in the business of providing advertising agency services for a fee. Agency desires to hire
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreements and covenants here in contained the parties hereto agree as follows:
BETWEEN: KZY AGENCY (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED. (The “Agency”) a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Thailand, with its head office located at: 120/287 Soi Watchirathamsatit 12
Bangna sub-district, Bangna District, Bangkok, Thailand 10260

TERM: the term of this Agreement shall commence on Date of signature and still continue in full force and effect until terminated by either party upon at least 9 days’ prior written notice, provided that in no event (except breach) may this Agreement be terminated prior to the date that finish job/ after shooting date / after confirm all detail. The right, duties and obligation of the parties shall continue in full force during or following the period of the termination notice until termination follow the such period.
NOTICES: Any notice required by this Agreement or given in connection with it, shall be in writing and shall be give to the appropriate party by personal delivery of by certified mail, postage prepaid, or recognised overnight delivery services. If to Agency:

FINAL AGREEMENT

This Agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understanding or agreement on the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be modified only by a further writing that is duly executed by both parties. If TALENT, was final choose by client and cancel the job on the exact date posted, you will be fined 50,000 THB. This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Advertising Agency Agreement as of the date first above written.
